We are very excited to launch our new schedule and can’t wait to get back to it. We have increased the number of WODs per week, but for obvious reasons are limiting numbers to 12 per session. In addition we now have specialist WODs back with Barbell Club and two smaller gymnastics sessions per week to really focus on technique and nailing some of those RX moves. Also new are an additional 25 PODs per week so that no one needs to miss out on Box time. We also can’t wait to welcome Lisa Schölin and Sean to the coaching crew.
