Prep Week 2

 

On day 3 this week we will test our current strength in the snatch and clean & jerk.  For this reason we will not be aiming to exhaust the body in the days prior.  Avoid max effort lifts, let that central nervous system relax.

 

Day 1)

 

Warm Up

 

3rds

C2 Bike 500m

Air Squat x20

Single leg RDL x10 (each leg) – light dumbbell ~6-10kg

 

Strength

 

Back Squat 5×3

High box jumps 4×6 (step down each rep)

 

WOD

 

For time

 

30-20-10

Burpee to rings (set ~6” above finger tips)

Toes to ring
