Part a)

Ascending Ladder for 10min

1 Power Clean + 1 Push Press + 1 Lateral Barbell Burpee

2 Power Cleans + 2 Push Press + 2 Lateral Barbell Burpees

3 Power Cleans +3 Push Press + 3 Lateral Barbell Burpees

*Continue to add 1 rep per movement each round , until the time cap is reached.

*Perform with Empty Bar

Part b)

WOD

7 Rounds :

:20sec to complete 6 H.P Clean
