RX-1 Athlete completes 10 Cal Bike Erg
RX – 1 Athlete completes 3 Bar MU & 3 Toes 2 Bar
Scaled – 1 Athlete completes 8 Cal Bike Erg
Scaled – 1 Athlete completes 6 Jumping Pull ups & 6 Knees to Elbow
FAQs
*The Ski Erg should be set for 22mins at the start
*You cannot resume the Ski Erg until both Athletes have completed
their individual part of the E3MOM (must not touch the handles)
*You can switch which athlete does which part each 3 mins but you
cannot switch during the E3MOM the athlete that starts the couplet
must finish it
*The gymnastic do not need to be unbroken
*The Bike must be reset to 0 Cal each time
*You can change on the ski as often as you want
