Qulifier 22.2 

For Time

Athletes will first row one after each other on the same rower
Males 500m & Females 400m
The non-rowing athlete must farmer hold 2xDB
RX Team Males – 2×22.5kg / Females – 2×17.5kg
Scaled Team Male – 2x20kg / Female – 2x15kg
Directly into a chipper of:
20 Devil Press
100 Double Unders (RX) / Single Unders (scaled)
40 Synchro Air Squats
100 Double Unders (RX) / Single Unders (scaled)
40 Synchro Touch Sit ups
100 Double Unders (RX) / Single Unders (scaled)
20 Single OH Alternating DB Lunges
100 Double Unders (RX) / Single Unders (scaled)
FAQs
*Athletes must reset the rower between each other’s
*The DBs must be held in a farmers hold
*Athletes must stop rowing if the DBs are put down
*Chipper can be split any way you want
*Synchro Air Squats – Synchro at bottom and top
*Synchro touch sit ups – facing each other high 5 both hands at top of rep
